Welcome to the website of the "Auctoritas Iuris" Law Firm!
During my doctoral studies, I came into contact with the education sector, which allowed me to gain unique knowledge in this field. I worked in the Office of the Main Board of the Social Educational Society (1999-2000), as well as in the Central Teacher Training Center. At the same time, I was involved in development in the field of private international law, which is currently my scientific specialization. Since 2005, an assistant judge in the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court, then - in the years 2008-2018 and 2019-2023 - Member of the Office of Studies and Analyzes of the Supreme Court (responsible, among others, for preparing applications for adopting resolutions of the Supreme Court in enlarged panels and analyzes for the purposes of current judicial activity). I completed my judicial apprenticeship; in the years 2009-2011 and again from 2017 entered on the list of attorneys in Warsaw. I am the author of numerous scientific publications and publications popularizing legal knowledge. I wrote independently or participated as an author in the preparation of commentaries on key Polish legislation: the Act on Private International Law, the Act on Educational Law, the Civil Code, etc. The most important achievement is undoubtedly the habilitation thesis entitled The Principle of Nationality in Private International Law. Basic Problems (Wolters Kluwer Warszawa 2015). PLEASE NOTE! Cooperation with the Law Firm is based on a paid service agreement. I do not conduct any free-of-charge "acquisition of legal services". The name of the Law Firm comes from a Latin phrase standing for the "authority of law". As a lawyer, I have been trying to expand my competences for years. I am a habilitated doctor of legal sciences, professor at the University of Warsaw. After completing law studies (1999) and later PhD studies (2001-2005), I became an assistant professor (since 2006) at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. I also completed postgraduate studies in corporate finance and accounting.
